Join other local female identifying individuals of all ages in Land Park for 3 weeks of block printing in the park. We will look at the work of past female identifying artists who used block printing as a way to protest, inform, plan and educate their communities about current events. Each participant will learn the basics of block printing and print a poster in response to current events that they care about. Posters can be sold to local community members and all profits will be donated to a local, female based Sacramento organization.
